About Us
BRION BERKLEY, ESQ.
- Brion became a duly licensed California Attorney in February 2018, after graduating from Monterey College of Law in 2017. He began his legal career at the Law offices of Theordore H. Cominos in Old Town Salinas.
- Brion opened his own practice in the summer of 2020, primarily focusing on real property disputes, with a focus on construction related matters.
- Brion has hands on experience in the construction industry. In 2005 he passed the CSLB exam and became a General Building licensed contractor working both on commercial and residential projects throughout the Bay Area. Even after becoming a licensed attorney, he continued to do residential projects on his time off from work until the Summer of 2019.
- Brion also teaches construction law. Since the Spring of 2019 he has taught construction law and business to new contracts at "Contractors State License School" in San Jose. Since the Summer of 2022 he has been teaching construction management classes (Law, Building Codes, Construction Accounting, Construction Materials and Methods) as an adjunct professor at Hartnell College in Salinas. Since the Fall of 2024 he has been teaching Construction Law at Cabrillo College in Aptos, California.
- Brion formerly taught Mediation Classes at Monterey College of Law. First as a teacher's assistant, and then as an adjunct professor. He volunteered as a mediator for the Mandell Gisnet Center handling Unlawful Detainers and Civil Harassment matters in Monterey Superior Court.
- Since the Spring of 2024 he began working as a contract worker for a Civil Litigation Defense Law Firm in San Mateo "Clapp Moroney Vucinich Beeman & Scheley." Working in their Construction Defects department. At the start of 2025 he transitioned to a full-time employee for Clapp Moroney. Therefore, Brion Berkley Attorney at Law is not currently taking on new clients.
